About Darwin streaming server Installation 1

最近よくみかけるyoutubeTV＠SL
そんなかんじで動画の配信をやってみようという試みです。

とりあえず、ざっくり流れをメモ。
今回のテスト環境
・xubuntu 8.0.4（英語ver）
・darwin 5.5.5

xubuntuはubuntu LinuxのXfceなdistです。debianベース。
darwin5.5.5をダウンロード
インストール
起動を確認
LANの中で動けばとりあえずOK
（ここまでできたらあとは外に向けて配信するだけ）

インストールにあたって参考にしたところ

i read iNNX blog and found intersting post(posted by GOTTi).
about "mono" (maybe, for LSL scripters?)

but LL faild to update ver1.23 server,so maybe coming soon? :)
anyway,i think mono for maingrid is exciting things, isnt it?

eeePC901

i bought eeePC901 last weekend
then,i thought i wanted to install eeeXubuntu-lcr for eeePC901

i tried to install but wireless and wired died, i thought.

first impression
eeePC901 is used SSD, so generation of heat is not higher
now its working windowsXPsp3 on 901, i think not bad working :)
i think its different specs a little bit between 900 and 901
so when i installed eeexubuntu-lcr for 901, i thought NIC died.
i hope this issue is solved soon :)

eeePC901を買いました。発売日にヨド＠akibaですね。
んでもってOSはeeexubuntu-lcrをいれてみたんですけど。
有線も無線もつながらねーYOってかんじでフォーラムあさってたら同じ現象のひと発見。
900と901では微妙にNICの仕様がちがうとかそんなかんじ。
なので、フォーラムをｦﾁしてるかんじです。
無線がデフォの設定ではうごかないYOってのは周知な現象らしいですが。
発熱の感じは何時間うごかしててもｱﾁﾁにはならないです。
SDHC8Gかってきて音楽ファイルとかいれてます。

about SVC-2633

LL were going to do "Rolling Restart" on preview grid.

But some residents noticed a critical bug.I got a repro about this bug when I used llSetText().(server ver is 1.23.0) So someone report this issue to JIRA(SVC-2633).

7/11 12:00 PM, this probrem was fixed and rolling restart again.

This issue was interesting,i thought.I tried to do repro :)

However,update official LL blog at 4:44PM,LL is going to be reverting all regions on 1.23.0 to 1.22.4 because LL discovered more critical issue.

It's a Linden Lab quality, you know? lol

つーわけで、サーバのシュミレータバージョンアップに伴うローリングリスタート
があったんですが、途中でフローティングテキストが改行されないYOって問題がでたので修正されて再度リスタートがかかったようです。

しかし、1.23系のシュミレータでクリティカルな問題が発生したようなので、今夜8時ごろ（PDT)1.22系に切り戻すとのことなので、またローリングリスタートるんですね。ふう。
